By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. All products are authentic and FSSAI certified. Spice Roots India reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for sealed products. If the seal is broken, we cannot accept returns due to the consumable nature of our goods. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

Shipping Policy

We ship PAN India within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days. International shipping takes 10-15 working days depending on customs.
